Americans for Safe Access Data Quality Act
Please come show your support for ASA, as our Chief Counsel, Joseph Elford, and co-counsel Alan Morrison, will be arguing in favor of ASA's lawsuit against the federal government. Alan Morrison, will being doing oral arguments on behalf of ASA. Morrison is preeminent legal scholar who founded Public Citizen's Litigation Group and currently serves as a senior lecturer at Stanford Law School.
This important hearing will determine whether or not ASA's lawsuit against the FDA will move forward. If ASA wins this lawsuit, the FDA will be required to change its public statements about cannabis to reflect current scientific understanding and medical practice.
