Proposition 19 Community Forum

This Proposition 19 Community forum will focus on all aspects of marijuana legalization as it would unfold if Proposition 19, The Tax & Regulate Cannabis Bill passes in California.
Founded in 1852, Mills College is one of the oldest colleges in California as well as being one of a very few all-women's colleges on the West Coast. Mills College is distinguished as a prominent business school, women's college, and liberal arts college and has a reputation for social and civil rights activism.
In particular, we will be focusing on:
-Women and minority issues surrounding marijuana prohibition and America's War on Drugs
-The societal and moral implications of cannabis legalization
-Tax revenue, cannabusiness and the private cultivator.
-Drug cartels and the Mexican Border.
